• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed — a copy of your National ID or passport may be required.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

If any information provided at registration changes, please notify the support team immediately. biggwin live will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

The following payment methods are available for deposits at biggwin live:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000 (subject to change)
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited instantly or within 15 minutes.
• Depositing via a third-party bank account or payment method is strictly prohibited.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. A minimum wagering requirement of 15x must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: A 10x wagering requirement applies to the weekly reload bonus.
• Cashback: Cashback is applied to net losses over a set period — with no wagering requirement.
• You cannot activate a new bonus while another bonus is already active.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Biggwin live reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply at all times when betting and gaming on biggwin live:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found on the game launch screen.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Biggwin live is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Once a bet is placed in live betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on biggwin live:

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Depositing funds obtained through theft or fraudulent means.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or acting inappropriately toward other users.
• Money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
